Fly Ticket Tour is a travel planning agency based in Orlando, Florida, United States, founded in 2025. Our website is flytickettour.com and our contact email is hello@flytickettour.com.

We provide informational and planning services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We are not an airline, hotel, car rental company, cruise operator, or payment processor.

Fly Ticket Tour offers free travel planning and advisory services. We can help you explore options, compare alternatives, prepare indicative quotes, and guide you on how to book components of your trip.

flytickettour.com does not include an online payment process or checkout to book travel. When you decide to book, you do so directly with third-party Suppliers (“Suppliers”), such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise operators, activity platforms, or other commercial partners.

Unless otherwise stated in writing in a specific agreement, we do not act as a ticketing travel agent or as a contractual party to your booking with a Supplier.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

If you contact us on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to share their information for planning purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about travelers, dates, documents, and preferences.
• Personally reviewing all booking details before confirming and paying with a Supplier, including names, dates, fares, restrictions, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements.
• Complying with applicable laws, including identification, customs, tax, and travel insurance requirements.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts, links, confirmation codes, and communications.
• Using our services lawfully and without harassment, spam, impersonation, or abusive conduct toward our team.

Quotes, prices, availability, and itineraries we share are indicative and may change at any time until you confirm and pay directly with the relevant Supplier.

Messages via WhatsApp or other channels do not constitute a confirmed booking or a contract for transportation, accommodation, or other travel services. A booking exists only when you complete the process required by the Supplier and receive confirmation from that Supplier.

We may use automated or assisted tools to organize information, but human review may be necessary. You should always verify final information with the Supplier.

Suppliers are independent entities with their own terms, cancellation policies, fares, taxes, fees, identification requirements, and operational rules.

Fly Ticket Tour does not control Supplier availability, quality, safety, timeliness, final prices, or performance. Any travel contract exists between you and the relevant Supplier.

If a Supplier changes, cancels, delays, or denies a service, you must resolve the matter directly with that Supplier under its policies. We may, at our discretion and without obligation, help you understand options or facilitate communication, but we do not guarantee outcomes.

Content on flytickettour.com, including text, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, software, and compilations, belongs to Fly Ticket Tour or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, frame, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that quotes are final, that Suppliers will maintain prices or availability, that travel will proceed without interruption, or that information is free from errors or omissions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLY TICKET TOUR AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fly Ticket Tour and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) inaccurate or incomplete information you provide; or (d) your relationship with a Supplier or breach of its terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you non-waivable rights to bring claims in another jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on flytickettour.com and indicating the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
